What an amazing real estate agent. Not only he made this first chapter of my life so magical but also made sure I hit the jackpot (getting the best house). When I first started searching for homes, I was working with 3 real estate agents. All of them told me based on my budget, I wouldn’t be able to get anything but a condo or an appartement and that it was impossible to get anything else. Little did they know that nothing is impossible for Elie ;) Elie worked so hard and managed to get me my perfect home. He knew from the first day what I was looking for and made this experience so EASY that it felt like I just walked in a store to buy a house… I visited the house in the morning, and got it in the afternoon! When Elie searches for homes, he puts himself in your shoes as if he is the one purchasing the house. Not only that, but helped in every way possible - getting my bills under my name, helped with getting my mortgage approval from the bank, found me lawyers and an insurance...And on top of that, he surprises me with a cleaning service just before I move in the house.
